Studio Eviana offers spaces of various sizes, suitable for group classes, workshops, training sessions, events, as well as individual and therapeutic work. Our spaces are bright, welcoming and equipped to accommodate a variety of activities.

The Sun Room is the largest room at Studio Eviana. Thanks to its size, natural light and flexibility, it is ideal for larger groups, group classes, dance, yoga, Pilates, workshops, training sessions, events and other forms of group activities.
The room offers plenty of natural light, while the windows and glass surfaces can be covered when needed. Mirrors are located on both shorter walls and can also be covered with curtains. Additional heating or cooling is available.

The Pink Room is a bright and welcoming space, with floral wallpaper creating a softer and more intimate atmosphere. Its size makes it suitable for medium-sized groups, while still offering plenty of comfort for individual sessions and smaller meetings.
The room has windows along one side, providing plenty of natural light. A speaker is available to fill the space with sound, and additional heating or cooling can be provided when needed.

The Small Room is a welcoming and more intimate space, suitable for smaller groups and individual work. Its size creates a calmer, more personal atmosphere while remaining flexible enough for a variety of movement, relaxation and other activities.
The room is equipped with a mirror, a small table and two chairs, as well as various yoga and Pilates accessories. Additional heating or cooling is available when needed, and the room can be screened for greater privacy.

The Blue Therapy Room is a bright and welcoming space designed primarily for individual work and smaller meetings. The blue tones create a calm and pleasant atmosphere, while the furniture arrangement provides a comfortable setting for one-to-one sessions or conversations in small groups.
The room has windows on one side with blinds for privacy and a glass surface on the other side that can be covered with curtains. This allows for greater privacy when needed. A comfortable seating area, two armchairs and a coffee table allow for different arrangements depending on the type of work.

Important Information
Before renting a space, please familiarise yourself with Studio Eviana’s Rental Terms and House Rules. This helps us ensure a pleasant, safe and well-organised use of our spaces for everyone.
Rental Terms
With a reservation at Studio Eviana, the renter confirms that they have read and agree to the Studio Eviana Rental Terms and House Rules.
1. Space Reservation
The reservation applies to the selected space, date and time and is confirmed once the full rental fee has been successfully paid.
The space may only be used during the confirmed reservation period and for the activity specified at the time of booking.
2. Regular and Occasional Rental
Occasional rental is intended for practitioners who need the space for a one-time event or use it only occasionally, for example every few weeks or months. Time slots are not fixed and are booked according to current availability.
Regular rental is intended for practitioners who use the space at a fixed time at least once a week for a minimum period of three months.
Prices for each type of rental are specified in the current Studio Eviana price list.
3. Rental Time
The reserved time also includes the time required to prepare the space before the activity and to tidy up afterwards.
The renter must leave the space no later than the end of the reserved time and prepare it for the next user.
If the renter requires additional time for preparation or tidying up, this must be taken into account when determining the length of the reservation.
4. Price and Payment
The rental price is determined by the selected space, type of rental and duration of the reservation and is specified in the current Studio Eviana price list.
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of the full rental fee.
In the event of cancellation, the amount already paid will be refunded in full, partially, or will not be refunded, in accordance with the cancellation periods set out below.
5. Cancellation or Change of Reservation
The renter must notify Studio Eviana of a cancellation or request to change a reservation in writing. The time the notification is received is considered the time of cancellation or change.
The following conditions apply to refunds of amounts already paid:
Rental of up to and including 2 hours
- at least 24 hours before the start of the booking: 100% refund or one free transfer of the reservation to another available time slot;
- less than 24 hours before the start of the booking: no refund. vračilo plačila ni mogoče.
at least 7 days before the booking: 100% refund;
- najmanj 7 dni pred terminom: 100 % vračilo plačila;
- from 3 to less than 7 days before the booking: 50% refund;
- less than 3 days before the booking: no refund.
Full-Day Rental
- at least 21 days before the booking: 100% refund;
- from 8 to less than 21 days before the booking: 70% refund;
- from 4 to less than 8 days before the booking: 40% refund; 40 % vračilo plačila;
- less than 4 days before the booking: no refund.
Multi-Day Events
- more than 30 days before the start of the event: 100% refund;
- from 15 to 30 days before the start of the event: 70% refund;
- from 8 to 14 days before the start of the event: 40% refund;
- 7 days or less before the start of the event: no refund. vračilo plačila ni mogoče.
The reservation may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, provided that the new time slot is available and the request is submitted within the period in which a 100% refund would be available under the conditions above. If the price of the new time slot is higher, the renter must pay the difference.
In the event of illness, force majeure or other exceptional circumstances, Studio Eviana may, at its discretion, exceptionally allow the reservation to be transferred to another date or offer another appropriate solution.
6. Use of Space and Equipment
The rental includes use of the reserved space, the equipment listed for that particular space, and the shared areas available to renters.
The spaces, furniture, equipment and other items must be used with care and in accordance with their intended purpose and the Studio Eviana House Rules.
Special instructions may apply to the use of certain technical or audio equipment. If the renter requires a sound system for their activity, this must be specified at the time of booking.
7. Shared Areas
During the rental period, renters may use Studio Eviana’s shared areas, including toilets, kitchenette, changing rooms and showers.
Shared areas are also used by other studio users and must therefore be used responsibly and left clean and tidy after use.
More detailed rules regarding their use are set out in the Studio Eviana House Rules.
8. Cleanliness and Tidiness
At the end of the activity, the renter must leave the reserved space and any shared areas used clean, tidy and ready for the next users.
Waste must be removed, and all used items, equipment and furniture must be returned to their designated places.
If the renter fails to leave the space or shared areas appropriately tidy or clean, Studio Eviana reserves the right to charge additional cleaning and maintenance costs.
9. Responsibility of Renters and Visitors
The renter is responsible for the proper and safe use of the space and equipment, as well as for the conduct of their clients, participants or visitors during the rental period.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that their visitors comply with the relevant Studio Eviana rules.
Any damage, malfunction or other irregularity must be reported to Studio Eviana as soon as possible.
10. Liability for Damage
The renter is responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, flooring or other elements of the space caused by the renter or by their clients, participants or visitors during the rental period.
Studio Eviana reserves the right to charge the renter for the cost of repairing, replacing or otherwise remedying any damage caused.
11. Respect for Other Users
Several different activities may take place at Studio Eviana at the same time.
The renter must conduct their activity in a way that does not disturb other studio users and must ensure appropriate behaviour of their clients, participants or visitors.
For activities involving music, a sound system or otherwise increased noise levels, the volume must be adjusted to accommodate other activities taking place in the studio at the same time.
12. House Rules
The renter agrees to comply with the current Studio Eviana House Rules. Hišnega reda Studia Eviana.
The renter is responsible for informing their clients, participants or visitors of the relevant House Rules.
13. Changes to the Terms and Price List
Studio Eviana reserves the right to amend its price list, Rental Terms and House Rules.
For reservations that have already been confirmed and paid for, the terms and price applicable at the time the reservation was confirmed will apply, unless Studio Eviana and the renter agree otherwise.
House Rules
With the aim of keeping Studio Eviana a welcoming, tidy and respectful space for all practitioners and visitors, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below when using the premises.
Respect for Other Activities
Different activities may take place at Studio Eviana at the same time. Please adjust the volume of your activity so that it does not disturb the work of other practitioners. Please also ensure that your visitors do not remain unnecessarily in the hallways before or after the activity.
Cleanliness and Tidying Up
At the end of your rental period, please leave the space clean and tidy. Return used mats, chairs, tables and other equipment to their designated places and clean the space if necessary.
Footwear
Please change your footwear when entering the studio. Indoor slippers, your own slippers, socks, clean indoor sports shoes or bare feet are permitted.
Use of Shared Areas
The kitchenette, toilets, changing rooms and showers are shared spaces. Please leave them clean and tidy after use. When using the showers, please bring your own towels.
The kitchenette is intended exclusively for preparing drinks and temporarily storing food and beverages in the refrigerator. After use, please tidy the kitchenette and refrigerator and remove all personal belongings. Cooking and use of the stove are not permitted. Kuhanje in uporaba štedilnika nista dovoljena.
Changing Room Lockers
Please empty the locker after use and leave the key in the lock. Do not leave personal belongings in the lockers after your rental period has ended.
If you lose a locker key, please notify Studio Eviana immediately. The cost of producing or replacing the key will be charged to the renter.
Heating and Cooling
Heating and cooling of the spaces operate automatically. If you would like the room to be additionally heated or cooled, please notify Studio Eviana, where you will receive instructions for use. If any devices have been switched on manually, please switch them off after your activity.
Use of Sound Equipment
If you require sound equipment for your activity, please specify this when booking the space. Studio Eviana will provide instructions for the correct use of speakers, the mixing console and other available audio equipment if necessary.
The volume must be adjusted so that it does not disturb other activities taking place in the studio at the same time. After use, please switch off the sound system and any other audio equipment used.
Candles, Incense and Open Flames
For fire safety reasons and due to the possibility of triggering smoke alarms, open flames, candles, incense and similar products are not permitted anywhere within Studio Eviana.
Careful and Responsible Use of the Space
Please use the spaces, equipment and electronic devices carefully and responsibly. After use, switch off the lights, speakers, mixing console and any other electronic devices you have used.
Parking
Parking is permitted in the parking spaces next to and behind the business building. Please do not use private or reserved parking spaces in front of the building.
Leaving the Studio
Before leaving, please make sure that you have tidied the space and switched off the lights, speakers, mixing console and any other electronic devices you have used.
If you are the last person to leave the studio, please also ensure that the premises are properly closed and locked in accordance with Studio Eviana’s instructions.
Responsibility for Visitors
The renter is responsible for informing their clients, participants or visitors of the relevant House Rules.
